Using Daily Build
These terms apply to the Daily Build website and mobile app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Daily Build is recommended for adults 18 and older. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age that applies where you live. If you are below the age of legal majority, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service and enter these terms. We do not conduct identity or age verification. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in access, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Daily Build provides educational content, reflection prompts, personal scoring, and related membership features. It is not medical or mental-health treatment, professional financial or legal advice, or an emergency service. Your choices and results are your own. No score or subscription guarantees a personal, relationship, spiritual, health, or business outcome.
Membership and payment
The checkout screen shows the price, currency, billing period, included benefits, and applicable taxes before you subscribe. Prices can differ between the website and app stores. Where offered, U.S. app-store subscriptions are priced at $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year, billed upfront for the selected period. Current website prices are $5 per month or $55 per year. The actual price displayed at checkout controls.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless canceled before renewal. Payment is charged through the payment method or store account used for the purchase. Any trial or promotional offer will state its own eligibility, duration, and renewal price. We will provide notices or seek consent for price changes when required.
Canceling, restoring, and refunds
Manage or cancel an Apple purchase in your Apple subscription settings, a Google Play purchase in Google Play, or a website purchase through Daily Build's billing page. Deleting the app or your Daily Build account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, revocation, or other applicable rule ends it sooner.
Where in-app purchases are available, use Restore Purchases with the store account that made the purchase. Sign into the intended Daily Build account first. Restoring to a different Daily Build account may move the store membership to that account; it does not merge your scores or reflections. Do not buy a second subscription simply because access has not updated—contact support.
Request App Store or Google Play refunds through that store. For website payments, contact support@thedailybuild.app with your purchase details. We review requests case by case, including duplicate charges, billing errors, and unresolved access problems. Cancellation alone does not create a right to a prorated refund for an unused period. Refunds remain subject to applicable law and provider rules. Nothing here excludes any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or consumer remedy.
Your content and our content
You retain your rights in the information and reflections you submit. You give us a limited permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. This does not give us permission to publish your private reflections as marketing.
Daily Build's videos, writing, design, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you permission to use them for personal purposes. Do not redistribute paid content, sell access, copy the service commercially, or bypass access controls without permission.
Fair use and affiliates
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access another person's account or private records, submit material you have no right to use, or exploit payment or referral systems. Affiliate participation is governed by the separately provided program terms. A membership alone does not guarantee affiliate approval, commissions, or earnings. Store purchases are not promised to generate affiliate commissions.
Availability and ending access
We may update features, address security problems, or temporarily interrupt service for maintenance. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, or legal obligations, with notice and an opportunity to address the issue where appropriate. If we discontinue a paid service, we will explain the effect on your subscription and provide any refund or other remedy required by law.
The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and changes
Contact support@thedailybuild.app with questions or concerns. We will give notice of material changes and obtain agreement when required. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law. App-store terms also apply to purchases made through those stores. For an Apple app, Apple's applicable standard license terms apply unless an approved custom license is supplied.
